In this perfectly matched mentoring pair, Michael’s extensive banking, business, and leadership experience will guide Fuad as he builds his company, Fwabe, and beyond.

In their time together, Fuad has already shadowed Michael and met the Adelphi Bank leadership team. Over lunch, they discovered shared interests beyond banking and enjoyed easy conversations, including plans to play basketball together on the weekend.
