It’s never too early to build healthy money habits, and WrightChoice is giving students a head start. The Money Mentor Program helped students build financial literacy this spring with help from Wright-Patt Credit Union. Students completed a Money Mentor Checklist, which included tasks such as creating a budget, reviewing a financial podcast, and completing a “No Spend Day” challenge. The program ended with students engaging in one-on-one conversations with Mike Moses, a community relations specialist at Wright-Patt, to develop a plan to meet their financial goals. Participants received a $200 gift card for completing the program, marking a generous launch into building healthy financial habits.
